General Terms & Conditions

1. Membership is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
2. Membership is non-transferable and can be used only by the registered member.
3. Valid photo ID or registered mobile number may be required for benefit redemption.
4. Only one complimentary L'Oréal Hair Wash can be redeemed per calendar month. Unused complimentary hair washes cannot be carried forward.
5. Special member prices are applicable only on the services mentioned under the E Prime Card benefits.
6. The 20% service discount is applicable on regular menu prices and cannot be combined with any other offer, package, membership, coupon, festival offer, employee discount, or promotional scheme.
7. The complimentary hair wash cannot be exchanged for cash, adjusted against any other service, or transferred to another person.
8. The ₹300 Gift Voucher will be issued only after completion of three paid service visits within the membership validity period.
9. The Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within the validity mentioned on the voucher.
10. Retail products, gift cards, academy courses, memberships, packages, taxes, and third-party services are excluded from the 20% discount unless specifically stated.
11. All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes.
12. Advance appointment is recommended. Services are subject to salon availability.
13. The salon reserves the right to refuse redemption in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
14. Lost, stolen, or expired memberships will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
15. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
16. Benefits cannot be converted into cash or any other service unless specifically permitted by Kapil's Salon.
17. Kapil's Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw the E Prime Card benefits or terms without prior notice.
18. In case of any dispute, the decision of Kapil's Salon management shall be final and binding.
